Why should I do counseling? Counseling helps when we find ourselves feeling anxious or depressed, hurt, disappointed, in pain, confused, angry, or stuck and unable to move forward. It's natural to feel unsure of who we are, where we're going, or how to make our relationships work after painful circumstances. My hope for you is that you’ll experience healing and begin living life with deeper authenticity, greater meaning, and a better relationship with yourself and others. It takes courage to hope for that kind of life and to admit the ways we’re currently limited from living it.
